• Generate media kits, invoices, and professional tools
• Build credibility with brands and potential partners

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, circumvent restrictions, or for any fraudulent purpose is prohibited.

4. Revenue Verification

4.1 Accuracy and Honesty

You represent and warrant that:

• All revenue data connected or submitted is accurate and belongs to you
• You have the right to share the financial information provided
• You will not manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent earnings data
• Screenshots submitted for verification are authentic and unaltered

4.2 Verification Methods

We use multiple verification methods including:

• OAuth connections to payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• AI-powered screenshot analysis
• Manual review when necessary

4.3 Verification Scores

Trust scores and verification badges are determined by our proprietary algorithms. We reserve the right to adjust scoring methodologies at any time. Scores are not guarantees of income and should not be relied upon as financial representations.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and benefits as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for:

• Billing errors on our part
• Requests made within 7 days of initial purchase

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 Verification Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, verification scores and badges are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of revenue data or verification results. Users and third parties should conduct their own due diligence.

9.3 No Financial Advice

Nothing on our Service constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for such matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party conduct or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $100 USD.

12. Termination

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrustedMetrics regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
